OPAL Associates is your one-stop provider for AutoID systems – including our own label printing facility in Wetzikon (Switzerland). This means we answer all questions about AutoID with our own long-standing know-how. Your advantage: a single responsible point of contact.
Our modern flexo printing machine prints in 4 colours, laminates, die-cuts and cuts. This produces large rolls of paper or plastic – up to 333 mm wide, almost a metre in diameter and up to 45 kg in weight. The tracker then cuts these large rolls to the format that fits your label printers.
The new machine
Laser-assisted, automatic, uninterrupted
After 20 valuable years of service, we have retired our trusty old tracker. Its state-of-the-art successor measures labels with laser assistance and aligns the blades automatically – considerably faster and more precise. The semi-automatic roll changer loads new rolls during ongoing operation and thus avoids work interruptions.
Thanks to this investment, we produce to a high quality and yet considerably more cost-effectively – and so absorb part of the steep increases in raw material prices for you. You stay more competitive and purchase more cheaply.
