Whether consulting, development, maintenance or support, we accompany you across the entire life cycle of your solution. Personally, quickly and with direct access to our experts.
Service and support accompany your labelling and supply chain systems across the entire life cycle, from consulting and installation through training and maintenance to remote service and on-site support. Vendor-independent and practical, so your systems run reliably.
By remote service or on site: we are reachable before a fault turns into a standstill. With maintenance contracts, spare parts and repairs we keep printers, mobile devices and infrastructure running reliably, with locations in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
In four steps, from the first analysis to ongoing, fully supported operation.
We analyse your process on site, volume, environment and requirements.
We select technology and hardware vendor-independently and design the solution.
We integrate into your IT, into your ERP on request and support the rollout.
Service, training, maintenance and supplies, we stay at your side for the long run.
From planning to ongoing operation, every service feeds into the next.
Process analysis, vendor-independent and practical.
Professional installation, cleanly integrated into your IT.
Hands-on training so your team works confidently.
Regular maintenance for reliable operation.
Personal support when it matters.
Many issues solved without a site visit.
Process first, technology second. We analyse where things stall and map the way to the solution.
New technology pays off once it sits cleanly in your IT and ERP landscape. We make that happen.
Operation, maintenance and support from one source. Your systems run, you stay on your core business.
Absolutely professional and a true partner. A strong team of specialists who know every detail. Problems are not administered, they are solved. I have never experienced that in 20 years.
Once again this year they are among our top suppliers and service providers. Absolutely reliable and competent.
It is a pleasure to work with a business partner like OPAL. Questions and feedback are answered promptly and competently.
What I appreciate about OPAL: when we report a problem, there is no long discussion about who is responsible. Someone takes care of it. And usually we very quickly have a contact on the phone who knows our system and can start troubleshooting right away.
Technical problems show how good a supplier really is. Many companies can sell. When something does not work and production is waiting, you need someone who is reachable, stays calm and solves the problem. That is exactly why we like working with OPAL.
We have been in situations where OPAL could have sold us something new. Instead they checked first and found a much simpler solution. That builds trust. For us OPAL is not just a supplier but a partner.
Problems are not passed on, they are solved. That is exactly what we expect from a service partner.
A service level agreement defines when we are available and how fast we respond. You choose the coverage window that matches your operation, from office hours to around the clock. Every level can be extended with shorter response and resolution times.
The bars show the agreed coverage per weekday, from 00:00 to 24:00.
Every level can be upgraded to Plus: faster response times and contractually agreed resolution times. Which level fits depends on what downtime costs you. We look at your systems, your shifts and your critical processes, and propose the right combination.
Need support, or want to review your service coverage? Our experts will get back to you, vendor-independent and practical.
We will get back to you shortly.
