OPAL Associates AG is taking over the Mobile Computing/WLAN business unit of Motcom Communication AG as of 1 November 2018 – with a customer-friendly transition and no restrictions for existing customers.

Following a strategic decision in principle by management and the board of directors, Motcom Communication AG will in future concentrate more strongly on its core business. OPAL Associates AG is seizing the opportunity and is taking over the Mobile Computing/WLAN business unit.
The strategic partnership between the two companies is forward-looking: instead of covering all areas and competing with one another in the process, each company focuses on its core business – and both will work cooperatively together in future.
