How it works

From inventory document to mobile capture

The software solution generates inventory lists with an optimised record of the assets held in SAP® – printable, loadable onto the mobile device, or as an Excel export for post-processing.

Asset and inventory labels are sent directly from SAP® to the label printer for permanent, unambiguous identification. The employee logs in on the mobile device and captures the assets by location, cost centre or room. Inventory data and timestamps are stored and loaded directly into SAP® for processing.
