SOTI MobiControl is a comfortable mobile device management solution with support for Windows, Android and iOS. Without the right tools, the correct setup and efficient use of mobile devices quickly become very complex. SOTI offers one of the most widespread solutions on the market.

SOTI MobiControl provides intelligent rule management: the IT department creates rules that meet the changing needs of your organization – for individual employees as well as for rule groups with hundreds or thousands of members. This makes new roll-outs faster, easier and more cost-effective.

Device management: Notebook, smartphone or tablet? BYOD or company property? Android, Windows or iOS? SOTI is platform independent, supports all major devices and certifies them before you purchase. Applications are distributed, controlled and updated according to your guidelines – over-the-air, without collecting devices or interrupting your users’ work.

Security and content management: Mobile employees need access to company data, forms and documents from anywhere. SOTI provides a secure browser for quick and safe access via a familiar interface. If information is no longer needed or a device has been lost, all relevant data can be removed safely at the push of a button.

GETTING STARTED

Required components

First, you need a Deployment Server as the central control unit – the software is free, and the setup usually takes about half to a whole man-day. The server can also be reached from the cloud, or you simply acquire the entire solution as an OPAL service and have your devices monitored.

In addition, MobiControl must be installed on the devices. Many manufacturers, such as Zebra, have already pre-installed the software – then all it takes is scanning a bar-code to set up the device.

• →Subscription: min. 10 licenses, extension with min. 5 licenses. Price per month, maintenance included.
• →Cloud: min. 10 licenses, extension with min. 5 licenses. Price per month including maintenance – the Deployment Server is hosted at Amazon in Frankfurt, Germany.
• →As a service: min. 10 licenses. OPAL takes care of hosting and device support. Monthly package including up to 3 updates per year and weekly status reports of your devices.
