New Ownership and Accelerated Growth Strategy for AutoID and Supply Chain Solutions
OPAL Associates Holding AG is entering a new chapter in its company history. With the successful completion of the ownership transition, the company is strategically positioning itself for continued growth, innovation, and the future of the digital supply chain.
For more than 30 years, OPAL has been a trusted partner for customers and businesses across Europe. With extensive expertise in AutoID, automatic data capture, systems integration, and supply chain solutions, OPAL helps companies make their processes more efficient, transparent, and intelligent.
The previous owners, Michel A. Bosshard and Johannes M. Driessen, carefully planned the succession with a strong focus on long term stability and continued development. Their goal was to continue OPAL’s successful journey while creating new momentum for growth and innovation.
With Adam Wainwright and Sunmin Wainwright, a new generation of ownership is now taking responsibility for the company’s future development. The new leadership brings a clear strategic focus, long term commitment, and additional investment to further accelerate the development of software solutions, systems integration, and end to end supply chain solutions.
“As we enter this next phase, our focus is clear: we want to deliver even greater value, innovation, and reliability to our customers and partners,” says Adam Wainwright, CEO of OPAL. “Our primary focus is to understand our customers’ expectations and future needs in order to develop the solutions of tomorrow.”
To support this transformation, Ljupco Icevski has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and President, Americas at OPAL. He brings extensive international experience in business transformation, organizational development, and commercial growth. His mission will be to further strengthen OPAL’s capabilities, expand international structures, and actively drive the next phase of customer focused innovation.
For customers, partners, and suppliers, collaboration remains unchanged. All existing contacts, ongoing projects, and service commitments will continue as before. OPAL will continue to operate with the same reliability, customer proximity, and service orientation that have defined the company for decades.
